The team here is so helpful. To the team, THANK YOU SO MUCH ! I made an error on my order this morning, (maybe because I didn’t have my morning coffee yet) and they were understanding and promptly remade my order. They addressed me by my name, and reassured that the order was coming out. They of course, kindly asked if any modifications were needed to ensure the taste and quality was there- YES! The location is tucked into the area near Mendocino Farms and parking was kind of tight, but the experience here was worth it. Thank you again team, for providing great service and I hope the Philz Coffee Company addresses this!

I had such a great experience at the Alicia Pkwy Philz location thanks to Darwin! My sister accidentally sent my order to the wrong location (which I didn’t even realize), but Darwin noticed I had been waiting a while. Instead of just sending me away, they kindly insisted on making my order right then and there, even though it was during the busy morning rush. They were so nice, understanding, and really turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a great one. Excellent service all around!

1st time at Philz Coffee! It was recommended to us by some friends. It is a cool little coffee place in Mission Viejo. Some inside and outside seating available. Staff were super kind, patient, and helpful as we were trying to decide what to try on our first visit. I ended up getting the Honey Haze ice coffee and our friend grabbed the Iced Mint Mojito. Excellent flavors. I tried to sip as slowly as possible lol. Definitely a place worth checking out!

I can't afford to buy coffee all the time but when I do treat myself, it's always going to be Philz. It feels good to walk into a place that is so warm and welcoming, especially in OC. And the folks who work here are always just as great as the coffee is! And thank you, to the owner or manager, whoever is responsible for flying the flag in your shop. It gives me peace to know I am walking into a safe space when I see that flag flying.

Delicious iced coffees. We got iced rose and i ed mint mojito. The customer service was also great. The person who took my order was very friendly and open to questions. The person who gave me my drinks told me to taste them and let her know if I need anything or don’t like them. I’ll definitely come back during my visit to Irvine. If you’re looking for a good alternative to Starbucks, you should come here. :)

I love this coffee shop. The staff are wonderful and always smiling. They look like they have fun too. I like how each drink is actually made specifically for you and they like you to try it before you leave so it's just right.

Cute little small shop. It’s not big but there was a lot of people sitting and working. There are a lot of solo seating available. That’s probably what it’s there for lol. The menu seems small because they didn’t have like lattes or americanos, etc. They did have a bunch of different flavored coffee, I’m sure you can make it into a latte or whatever? I’m not sure. I got the speciality coffee - honey haze . That was delicious!!! The sweet amount wasn’t too much. It was really good. My mom got the mojito coffee and I thought that just tasted like straight mint . lol I’m not sure about that one… but I’d definitely come back to try the other speciality flavors. The wait is kind of long though, for your order. They must be taking very good care of your coffee lol. Omg and they had a cookie croissant which I didn’t try but I will next time. That sounds crazy hahaha.
